Were looking for a logo to help promote our new boutique winery, Hand of God Wines. We are in the process of producing our first vintage of top-notch small estate Rhone style wines, including Malbec. Our winemaker, Santiago Achavals wines are consistently rated in the high 90s by Robert Parker of the Wine Spectator. Bottle price point will be around $30 initially.
We hope to produce a wine that people feel a connection with and feels like a good value even at the prince. We believe we will be able to play off the great success of the winemaker and produce award winning wines.
The Hand of God Label (Mano de Dios in Spanish) is named after the controversial 1986 soccer World Cup goal, scored by Argentinas bad-boy hero, Diego Maradona. We would like the logo to convey the warmth, richness, vitality, love of competitive sports and spirituality of authentic Argentine culture.
One of the owners has a very large sports ticket stub collection and wonders what it would be like to subtly work in a stub theme a world cup ticket stub maybe but by no means think that is necessarily the right answer.
We are targeting mainly the US market. Our target audience is 30-50+, upper middle class, interested in food, wine, culture.
For more info on us please visit www.handofgodwines.com this is just a starter site so no need to match fonts, colors ext. We want a logo that will work well on business cards but also carry over well to the bottle label and other collateral. Please also check out the logos and branding for our associated wineries and wine related businesses:
