MyDirectRealty.com is a Tennessee-based limited services realty company that charges a upfront flat fee for homeowners interested in selling a home using the local Realtors' MLS (Multiple Listing Service) without having to commit to a real estate agent that will expect a commission at closing of approximately 3% of the gross selling price of the home. This is a new product that we will launch a web site for shortly.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a clean logo that can easily be incorporated into the website and on business cards, yard signs and brochures. Company colors have not been set and we are open to ideas. Currently we use a Coldwell Banker Real Estate color (navy blue) on a white back ground, but are not obligated to keep this color scheme. The logo should convey the idea that our service is a direct buyer to seller experience minimizing the the use of a real estate broker except where a real estate broker's license is required. A clean logo that can be easily recognized when displayed on a for sale yard sign is desired. The logo should use implied design concepts without being too literal. We would also like the following graphical elements that can be incorporated into our web site and fit the style of the logo itself:
