LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Mediaspace Solutions does research, planning and buying for newspapers, both print and online. We are expanding our services beyond these media channels and recognize we need to start doing things differently. To help us start changing the corporate culture to be in alignment with where we want to go, we recently conducted a session where we set our corporate vision, mission and values.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We want to begin communicating our vision, mission and values to our employees via various ongoing communications, including our intranet, regular e-mails, corporate "schwag" such as coffee cups, Sigg bottles, pens, t-shirts, etc.

We do not anticipate using the logos for external communications although we are not opposed to it.

Need creative assets in appropriate file formats and resolutions to accommodate the above.

The assets should communicate a shift in corporate culture, becoming fast paced, more innovative, rule breaking, etc. The new CEO has begun initiatives that support this culture change so the company is starting to live by the values even though they are not yet formal or communicated.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Internal, approximately 65 people in two offices, Norwalk, CT and Hopkins, MN. The company can be segmented into two age groups, 23-35 and 35 - 50. We want our employees to see us living the mission and values everyday and to have the creative assets produced by crowdspring support what we are doing and saying.

WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:

Our mission and core values must be conveyed somehow through the designs.
