Located in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa, we are establishing a chain of pasta stalls in different food courts, shopping centers and food trucks. Our mother company, "The Pasta Factory", est. 2003, is manufacturing fresh pasta every day, here in Cape Town, supplying supermarkets and restaurants. Now we strive to sell directly to the hungry guest: He/She will choose from a variety of 15 sauces/toppings. The fresh raw toppings (e.g. chicken, prawns, tomatoes etc.) are right in front of the guest at the counter and will be cooked in front of him in a wok after ordering. He can mix all sauces with a pasta of his choice (e.g. Tagliatelle, Farfalle, Spaghetti etc.). The pasta portion is thrown into boiling water and ready after a few minutes, then taken out and blended with the sauce/toppings in the wok. Add some cheese or nuts and all is served, fresh and quick. Our concept is not italien (so please no red, white, green...), instead our usp is: We are local, freshly made every day, organic, hand made. Our colors are earthy/brownish, we use raw wood, black steel, handwritten chalkboards etc..

Our idea is that the word "little" stands out in order to differenciate to The Pasta Factory as producer.
On top of it we want a graphic symbol. Whereas the design itself is "earthy" colors, the name and logo can be more colorful. Words like "Cape Town" and/or "est. 2003" can appear in a slogan or a subline.
