We are an employee benefits (group health, group dental, group life & disability) insurance agency in South Carolina that concentrates on companies with employee base of between 50 and 1000 employees. We have been in business for over 12 years and have a very good reputation for working hard for our clients and competing with larger agencies. We have a young aggressive staff and are forward thinking in the way we do business. We innovate with new product, technologies, communication materials and can move quicker than our competition. We deliver more than just quoting insurance, and have a large array of value added services we provide our clients. Our image is one that is medium sized, not mom and pop but not huge (AON), that is boutique in nature int that we can deliver solutions and give employers more time and hand holding than a larger agency. HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We are putting togeather all of our value added services under a moniker to sell and feature them as an advantage of doing business with our agency.All of our value added services are offered at no additional charge and go much further than most of our competition and we want to highlight that and build around it. Some of our valued added features are: account management, Human resoure website for clients, discount website for purchases for employees of our client companies, in house wellness co-ordinator, customized employee communication books and information, employee websites and many other services. We want to call our value adds for the HR side of offerings "HRFuel" and brand these in our materials. I do like outside the box thinking and it doesn't have to be safe and coporate, we want something that is catchy and draws people in. "HRFuel" will be tools that HR proffesionals will have at their disposal if they work with our agency. These tools are internet portals, attorney lines, publications, legislative briefs and a host of other things will help them in their duties of Human Resources in companies. We have branded our employee offerings "WorkPerks" and I have included that logo with this. The HRFuel logo does not have to be similar as we are going after a different audience.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our audience is company owners (range in size from 50-1000), upper management, and human resource professionals. We will feature this logo in our sales materials, on our website, and in our advertising.
