Tell us what you need
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
ibrew (with slogan 'liquid happiness')
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
The logo should reflect the types of products we sell - beer and winemaking products and equipment.
In terms of style / tone, we would prefer something that uses 'earthy' tones, somewhat traditional / historical in look and feel, and above all, portray 'authenticity'.
iBrew is a small family run business (now on 2nd generation) with a lot of history (we have been operating for 30+ years) - we would like the logo to be authentic to this. By that we mean that the logo should give the overall impression that we are a personable, friendly business with great interest and knowledge in the products we sell.
Customers buy from us because of our product knowledge, range and expertise.
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
We prefer a predominantly text based logo, although parts of it could be modified slightly if it adds to the overall presentation.
We are launching a new slogan with this logo, and this needs to be part of the logo. The new slogan is 'liquid happiness'. So, the overall effect is;
The emphasis of course needs to be on 'iBrew' with 'Liquid Happiness' providing a supporting role only.
We are very open to overall styles, but by way of example, we would potentially be interested in a logo that gave the impression of being a 'stamp' or potentially a 'badge' - therefore a logo design that is circular in overall shape might be appealing

We are currently producing a new website using shopify (image of work in progress home page has been attached to demonstrate where the logo will be used in the header) - this is still under progress though. We will also use the logo on printed output, so it needs to work effectively on a white background.
To give you an idea of how other businesses in the same space present themselves, here a couple of links - this is simply to give you an idea of the indicative style customers are use to for logos / look and feel for this type of product - not something we want you to use as the basis for our own;
