LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Tshirts4hire.com is a start-up company that is a combination of alternative marketing and mini-franchising. Similar to CrowdSpring, its a marketplace for businesses to hire alternative marketers.
Advertisers can target specific geographies and demographics where there are aspiring entrepreneurs that are willing to rent out their wardrobe and social media status to help spread the word about a business, service, or idea.
For those that want to work for themselves Tshirts4hire.com also provides an easy entry into the entrepreneurial world with tools, support, and methods. All thats needed is a little creativity and drive-we provide the rest.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a simple but progressive logo that we can put on a T-shirt and will stand out to someone walking by. This will act as one of our primary sources of advertising. (eating our own dog food-though wearing our own t-shirt is a better fit) We will be putting it on shirts, hats, letterhead, and of course on our website.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We have a dual target audience one is those who are internet savvy; most likely have an iphone or some other web based cell phone. They are people who are looking for a business opportunity that is flexible, creative, and does not place top many restrictions on their work life balance. We want them to think of us as a unique, cool and easy way to make some money.
The second target audience is start-up to medium sized businesses that want to get into the social media arena without spending their entire advertising budget. They are companies that are unique themselves and want to create a buzz about a launch or event.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
www.Bar4hire.com - interesting font with unique placement of the .com
www.care4hire.com again different placement of the .com and matching two-tone color both in the graphic and lettering. Colors arent that great though-too muted
http://pleasedressme.com An example of doing something slightly more than just the silhouette of a T-shirt. Perhaps the 4 could be on a T-shirt.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Needs to be eye-catching/bold and convey innovation, uniqueness, independence (self-sustaining) without being too busy (probably not tie-die)
Should incorporate the website name tshirts4hire.com and preferably with at least two colors on the font to break up the words but open to ideas depending on total look. Dont be afraid to change the wording to something non-linear (stacked, circle, etc.)
We dont want just a silhouette of a T-shirt
No cursive fonts
