LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Building Property Management is a newly established company specialized in Property Management and Facility Management of large-scale projects only residential, office, industrial, retail (malls and retail parks) and second homes (vacation homes).
For each project under management BPM designates a specialised team to operate on behalf of the owner. Its role involves taking care of technical, administrative and financial issues related to overall maintenance of the building as well as tenants relations and liaison with the owner or asset manager.
Moreover the company strives to enhance the value of the each contracted property through efficient management of the relations with buyers/tenants, close supervision of subcontractors in order to achieve high income generation for the owners.
It takes care to represent the owner in front of the local authorities and see that all laws and regulations related to the property are being complied with.
When involved with a certain project, BPM also acts as a leasing agent for retail, office
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a corporate logo which we will use on all correspondence and will become part of our corporate identity. The logo will be used on our website, on all advertisements, our stationaries, business cards, company presentations etc everywhere our name appears.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Large local and international investors and developers in real estate, who own malls, office buildings and residential compounds. We are a Business to Business (B2B) company and the people we address are usually asset managers, CEOs, company directors and etc.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We are more willing to see the full name displayed. We are generally ok to see options with the acronym as well. It is not necessary to have any drawings or signs.
We want to stress the idea we are working with large scale developments only.

Colliers are present in our market so we rather not be confused with them visually. We like the logo of Alfa Property Management because of the way the word components are placed together with the columns (the graph).
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We appreciate corporate colors, not too bright and flashy colors. A combination of warm and cold color might be a good hit.
We do not want to see houses, doors and roofs.
We would like to have Building (in the first line) and then Property Management on the second line below it. You could try with the acronym as well above or to the side.
