LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Be a designer of the logo for the most popular student club of the world's No.1 MARKETING school!
We are MBA students at Kellogg School of Management, the top business school in the world. Our club, The Health Enterprise Management Club (HEMAC), is seeking a new iconic logo as our club title has been recently changed.
We are basically a professional healthcare career club at a business school. Our club delivers diverse opportunities and activities through which Kellogg students can learn and prepare to succeed in the healthcare industry. Our interest lies in pharamceutical/biotech companies, medical device companies, health insurers, providers (hospitals) and healthcare consulting companies. HEMAC is one of the biggest student clubs here at Kellogg.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a logo for our club "Health Enterprise Management Club". We will use our logo in our website, newsletter, fliers, sponsorship guide and club banner.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our target audience is MBA students at Kellogg, both current and perspective. The range of age is 26-33 and about 40% of the students are women. Before entering the business school, they usually had worked in diverse fields for several years since they graduated from undergraduate schools. We want them to associate "healthcare" with our club, obviously.
(At Kellogg, we're competiting with High-tech club, Investment management club, Entertainment business club, Retail business club, etc.)
Company sponsors also see our logo, but students are the primary audience.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We like simple and clean designs that will be long-lasting. You may think this is a corporate logo project because we are a professional career seeking group.
The main color of Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern University is purple. So, we would prefer colors that go well with purple. Please visit these two sites.
Also, we've been usually using cool colors (eg. blue, purple, green, etc.) in the newsletter and fliers. We would avoid warm colors, like red, because they tend to mean an emergency or disaster in the context of healthcare (eg. ambulances and the red cross)
We would stay away from a dark (eg. black) background.
In terms of shape, the world is your oyster. Please show your creativity.
We will later turn the logo into a wide banner, thus it would be a plus if the logo can be flexibly decomposed, but this is not a main consideration for now.
Although we have no preferences for fonts, we would like the one that can be easily recognized.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We must have the "full name" of the club in our logo: Health Enterprise Management Club. This exactly should appear in our logo.
(Probably the biggest challenge of this project would be how to put these long words into a logo and arrange them in it.)
We're not uploading any files because we don't want to limit your creativity.
We will be closely looking at each entry over the next 14 days, and will be more responsive with timely feedbacks than any other buyers in Crowdspring. Good luck and thank you for your hard work in advance!
