Total Quality Consulting has been in the recruiting business for 15 years, recruiting for manufacturing, and for executive recruiting in the credit union business. They are looking for an evolution from their current logo (www.totalqualityconsulting.com) that is not something completely different, but is an updated, more modern/contemporary/bold, fresh version.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
TQ needs a logo to be used in a variety of applications (web and print), that meets the following description: the primary goals are that it portrays quality, speed, and energy, while obviously looking professional, yet friendly/accessible.
TQ's core values are connection, quality, speed, and winning results. We would like the logo to reflect this as much as possible, specifically quality and speed.
Two color palettes are being debated in their new branding platform, and these are posted in an attachment below. Please utilize one or the other but don't mix them together. Preference is a bold, colorful look.
We'd like to see options with just the logo utilizing 'TQ', but with the name spelled out, with their tag line 'Exactly who you need right now', and with their url.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
TQ's primary audience is HR and other hiring executives first, and second, recruits, primarily credit union upper management level (conservative).
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
It's critical this design is an evolution of the current logo, not completely unrelated. And we need to utilize the attached color palettes.
