LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Tingian Ventures will be the name of a new company we're starting that specializes in e-commerce. We will identify consumer verticals to enter -- such as wallets or bedding -- and find undervalued websites in those consumer verticals. We'll buy them, redesign them, and market them online. We'll either handle fulfillment of the actual products ourselves or outsource that to another company. Think of us like Amazon but instead of having a single and large website, we'll have multiple websites for all the niches we enter.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
This is a company who will change the consumer verticals we enter, so the following would be apt characteristics of the logo:
We'll use the logo on the website only. It should be appropriate to stitch onto a company shirt, but other than that, there's no restrictions.
We do not have a slogan *yet* but when we do, the logo should be designed so that it works with or without the slogan.
COLORS: The logo should feature just two colors - one dark and one slightly lighter than the other. The lighter color should just be lighter than the dark color and not light, in and of itself. The logo should be clean and not busy.
I used a color scheme generator and came up with these combinations:
330099 and FFCC00
FF6600 and 0033CC
99FF00 and 660099
FFFF00 and 330099
FF9900 and 009999
660099 and FFCC00
660099 and 99FF00
00CC00 and FF6600
I'm open to other color combinations too - particularly any that would more appropriately fit our characteristics better than the ones I have listed.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our "client base" will be two-fold: potential employees and potential sellers (of websites) who will be the people that we'll be communicating with the most. They'll likely want to check out the site first to make sure we're credible and trust-worthy before they engage in talks to sell their website. These folks could be from anywhere in the world but will likely be from the US (the website sellers) and Indiana (potential employees).
