About Your Company
10 Acre Orchard Maraschino Cherries are sweet sour cherries grown on a small family orchard in Minnesota, steeped in dark thickened cherry juice. The cherries are crisp, heavy, and decadent making them perfect for a discerning bartender to use in a cocktail or creative cooking and decadent desserts.
We will sell to two main customer groups, the end-consumer and the bars/restaurant/liquor store that sells to them. The end-user being males age 30-50 (skewing younger) who enjoy bourbon and whiskey as their go too adult beverage and are middle to high-income. They order cocktails when out to dinner at an upscale restaurant or bar and enjoy mixing a drink at home a few nights a week. They live near trendy areas with lots of bar/restaurant choices and enjoy trying something new. The bar/restaurant customer is looking for something unique to include on their cocktail menu. They hire bartenders with a lot of experience or specific training/education in the industry. They change their drink menu up frequently and charge double compared the local dive bar. They may even specialize in whisky, e.g., The Whiskey Room, Whiskey Inferno, Brick & Bourbon. The liquor store customer will have a good whiskey selection and likely already sell Luxardo or other Maraschino cherries. All customers carry and like Luxardo but would be interested in trying something local and US produced.
