LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are developing an enterprise software application in the Microsoft Azure cloud. This application is called PerformanceCircle, and it brings the social media concepts of real-time, constant, and brief feedback on a continues basis to employee reviews. This application takes the concept of the annual employee review written by a manager in retrospect of the last 12 months, and throws it out the window.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a logo representing the concept of PerformanceCircle. It will be used on the application branding (web, print collateral, and social media iconography).
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Human Resource leaders in mid-sized to enterprise businesses. We want our prospects to this of this application as a way to remove a giant, unproductive burden off of their shoulders and off of the shoulders of their employee managers, and move them into a world of interaction which mimics the way their employees interact with people today - through facebook, Twitter, etc.
