WHO WE ARE:
Gobo is a consulting group of media experts. We work with non-profits who are considering any kind of video projectfrom a full-scale PBS-style documentary to a brief clip for their websiteadvising them at the very outset on how they can best apply their limited resources to making a compelling video that achieves their organizations goals.
Our role is not to create films or videos, but to act as the nonprofits trusted advisor as they consider everything from the scale, style and concept of their video to its distribution.
Our target audience is mid-sized non-profits across sectors (humanitarian to medical to education).
Our identity is based, in part, on our visual intelligence, so the Gobo logo needs to reflect that. The logo should feel current, have some verve, without being too edgy. We want to convey that we are experienced, smart and reliable. A clean and minimal approach to the logo is a good starting point. But that said, we'd like to reflect creative energy, and steer clear of the strictly corporate.
FYI - A gobo is a tool used in the film industry to focus light.
Part of our work will be to refer our non-profit clients to visual creatives, so we will be in a position to send work your way.
