Business Info

Business Name

Purely Productive

What do you do?

We sell stock financial models, and create custom financial models. Here is a snipet from our "Company Overview":

Purely Productive empowers entrepreneurs to be more effective leaders, giving them the operational and financial tools they need, and that investors require, to raise capital and run their business more effectively. The company was created on the belief that leaders who understand the algebra of their business, have a significantly greater chance of scaling their operations and achieving success. As a result, we provide entrepreneurs with tools to rapidly deconstruct their business in to their financial equivalent, establish goals, track their performance and project their growth.

What is the exact name you would like in your logo?

Purely Productive

Target Audience

What is your industry?

Aspiring Entrepreneurs & Entrepeneurs

Describe the target audience for your logo

The target audience is going to be a.) someone how aspires to start a business, b.) someone who currently owns a business and wants to better manage their growth. In all these cases, it is more than likely that these will be people that develop small businesses (less than 100 employees)

What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

1.) New, exciting time
2.) Roll your sleeves up / Sweat Equity
3.) Creating Growth

Style and Concept

What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?

Image and text.

What colors do you want to see in your logo?

Looking for colors that convey excitement, and are energetic. We plan on picking a logo and building a website around it, so use colors that you believe you could build a website around and on-top of. What comes to mind often is white, orange, silver (light gray) and black (only for small accents, text, etc).

What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?

Nothing dark in color for the image portion of the logo. As noted in the previous section, there will be a website designed around this logo. Think of a website that is using white as the backdrop... and not black (or any other dark color).

Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?

Predominately website and e.mails.

Do you have other info or links you want to share?

I am not interested in any imagery or text stylings that would be considered "formal business." For example, load up most small business websites, and they have stock images of graphs with an arrow trending upward or smiling people huddle around papers on a conference room table. Or pie charts. Or any other number of cliche business images that you can muster. This imagery is downright bad, and not reflective of what actually happens in a startup or small business.

Also, I don't know why, but I have a vision of a cool stick figure running as being part of the logo. This is by no means required, just an image that keeps coming up in my mind. I have attached some example of what that imagery looks like.

Please use your creative liberty. While I am a preconceived idea of what works best, I am smart enough to recognize a better idea / concept.
