LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Our website (www.stop-childhood-obesity.com) is focused on informing people about the causes, effects, dangers, and remedies for childhood obesity. The purpose of the site is to provide top-notch information regarding the latest trends, findings, studies, and news regarding childhood obesity worldwide.
Our main objective is to inform parents and educators about the seriousness of childhood obesity and how to stop the problem.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A logo that will be displayed in the header for all of our web pages and articles. The logo should be clean and attractive with the ideas of weight loss and wellness conveyed very clearly.
The logo needs to be eye-catching and original; something that will remind the user of our site. The logo should contain the phrase "Stop-Childhood-Obesity" (dashes can be omitted if needed to make logo look clean).
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Parents of children ages 12 and under.
Students conducting research on the topic (high school and college).
Health and wellness instructors.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
The Biggest Loser logo: like the idea of being slimmed in the middle with the name of the show/website. Like the idea of the measuring tape as it indicates weight loss coupled with the slimming effect.
An overweight kid flexing is biceps with a measuring tape around his waist (idea?). Website address arcing over top and underneath.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Must have the website name in the logo.
Somehow illustrate weight loss, health, and/or wellness.
