The successful logo will consist of two elements: 1) The name Like the Pros, and; 2) the word Flying or a clear representation of the concept of flying a propeller driven aircraft. See Cessna Corvalis and Cirrus aircraft.
The identity will be used in a wide range of applications from product packaging to branded clothing to marketing materials of all sorts, so it must translate well in all forms of reproduction.
Capitalization of the words in the logo is up to you.
Like the Pros may be a stand alone element that could be used in other categories as well (such as sailing or Diving) while Flying will identify the category.

The heart of Like the Pros' target audience is passionate lovers of flying and all that it encompasses
This customer articulates his/her state of mind relative to flying as: "I feel good about being a pilot, but I really want to feel much more confident and competent in my skills."

The core audience is highnetworth pilots who fly advanced singlepilot aircraft (owned or rented), who seek the highest quality in training, and who will not hesitate to spend money on training materials.
The major secondary market consists of all primary and instrument students flying glass (video monitor displaying instruments) cockpits.
The next segment is certified pilots seeking to increase proficiency and learn new skills.
Related segments are flight schools themselves that can serve as resellers to the pilot and student pilot community.
