Lightrail is a new, all-encompassing platform for companies to manage their online presence. More than just a content management system, it streamlines the process of building dynamic and fluid websites and makes it easy to keep their content fresh.
We're looking for a clean, sleek logo to represent the product, its high quality, and the pride we take in our work. The logo should be simple but elegant. Incorporating a lightrail train into the logo is *not* a requirement. The word "Lightrail" must be part of the logo, with an optional "online platform" tag line (or a different tag line if you have a better one -- we're open). Although we're currently exclusive to the insurance industry, the logo should not be in any way related to insurance (i.e., no umbrellas, houses, etc.).
We named the product "Lightrail" because of the properties that our platform and the lightrail train share. Among these are speed, flexibility, efficiency, and power.
See http://lightrailapp.com for our colors and our general web design preference. The font used for "Lightrail insurance platform" is *not* a requirement. The logo should look good when printed with a single color, such as on a letterhead.
We'll provide constructive feedback daily, posted between 5pm and 10pm CT.
