Creative Brief

Who are you?

We are a new Dutch organisation and we will start a new "store format" for the Dutch Do-It-Yourself. We start with 10 stores. Opening: January 2011.

The translation of the name "KlusWijs" is: "JobWise".
We have chosen for this name because it tells something about the USP. Our stores will pay much atention to a good consumer information. The people in the stores have much expertise en knowledge of the DIY job.

What do you need?

We need a professional powerfull and fresh logo for our stores. A logo that fit well with our USP.
You will see the logo on the facade, flags, clothing from the store staff, brochures, advertising, sponsorships, store cards, etc. etc.

Who Is Your Audience?

Our audience is the customer. A client who wants help/information in performing the job. We give them a good advice and if necassary WE carry out the job.
A store with lots of personal attention to customers.
We sell hardware and tools, paint, wood, electrical, plumbing, etc.
It's actually a small Home depot (approximately 1.000 m2).


We Like These Examples

It's important that the logo is clear, sleek and modern.
"Not to many bells and whistles".
Maybe it's nice to have two fonts in the working name, but not absolutely necessary.

We Absolutely Must Have

The company name: K L U S W I J S

We want to use the following colors:
The background color MUST be blue (RAL 5005 / PMS 2945).
We also want to use yellow (RAL 1018 / PMS 115) and we prefer to use the color red. A color to match action! Mightbe very limited in the logo.
