Jigsaw Meeting, LLC is a privately held company owned by professionals from multiple specialty areas and includes physicians, corporate and sales executives and entrepreneurs. Located north of Atlanta, Georgia the Jigsaw Meeting application was designed to address the challenges that many companies and professionals face as they balance cost, profitability and accountability with the need to conduct critical strategy, educational, status and customer meetings. Jigsaw Meeting, LLC was founded in May 2008 by executives who have spent most of their career traveling to visit customers and attend meetings.

The Jigsaw Meeting application brings virtual reality to the business world by providing tool box driven technology that encompasses every aspect of learning, teaching, strategizing and reviewing information. For the first time multiple presenters can be seen and heard, data can be shared and manipulated by all participants without impacting the original data or other participants. Hands on teaching methods can be employed through animation and 3DS modeling. And, real-time testing or polling of the participants can occur. Virtual networking can strengthen relationships and increase accountability of meetings, follow up tasks and preparation for presentations.

With Jigsaw online meetings, attendees go from passive listeners to engaged participants. Our multi pane dashboard includes a video, for personal presence, PowerPoints with sharing capability, note boards for meeting minutes and collaboration that can be saved to a pdf file, whiteboards for graphic collaboration with pdf file save among other collaborative tools that allow for face to face interaction. Finally you can accomplish real meeting results in a virtual meeting setting.

personal display of data based upon how you learn, listen and participate.

Everyones interaction is independent of others and does not impact any other

attendee or presenter

only 1 feature/action at a time, if you choose

Live video feed with ability to easily move camera to other meeting participants

Ability to move between pre-recorded videos and live video with a simple click

Attendees can independently interact with and manipulate data without impacting the

original data or other attendees as they participate in the meeting

Presenter has the ability to release the PowerPoint and let the meeting participants

independently view the contents of the presentation

Image gallery designed to share images that are important to your meetings, such as

new brochures, new product information, etc. This area is designed to manage only

image-based files such as jpg, tif, gif, etc.

3D Modeling for companies who utilize or would like to utilize 3D models, we can

help build them and make them available for your attendees to independently

manipulate and travel through 3D models

Animations an area to upload any video that you would like to upload for your

meeting attendees to see during the meeting. Examples are motivational, training,

orientation, procedures, fun, etc.

VOIP eliminates the cost of conference calls

Presenter can determine how much interaction can occur within the meeting and

includes items such as a mute all mics to protect from unwanted noise intrusion
