It Gets Brighter is a youth mental health campaign. We use social media to normalise and destigmatise experiencing mental health issues. We do that by young people uploading short videos explaining their experiences. We ask those people to finish the videos with the catch-phrase "it gets brighter".
We want a logo that is simple, yet captures the spirit of the campaign (youthful, positive). An appropriate (but not the only) symbol could be the sun. We would prefer to avoid light-bulbs (due to the symbolism of either being on or off) and stars (due to the symbolism of night and therefore darkness). We feel orange, green or light blue might be appropriate colours but would be happy to consider other colours too.
The logo will primarily be used on our webpage and other social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, etc). The target audience are aged 18-25.
