Describe the target audience for your logo
We have 2 constituents:
1. Our Consulting Employees and our Candidates for Employment and 2. our clients.
Our typical/average employee (or potential employee) is male, between 25-45 years old, an IT consultant (very technical), college educated, mostly conservative, and they are located in major cities throughout the USA;
Our clients fit the same demographic but are typically a little more experienced and in managerial positions (manager, Director & Vice President). Average salary ranges for both employees and clients is $80,000-150,000 a year.
Most employees and clients live in major cities but in suburban neighborhoods. Our people and clients travel quite a bit for work as consultants (Monday thru Friday).
The work we do is for established computer hardware and software companies (think IBM, HP, Dell, etc.) and we work on projects with Fortune 500 companies who have large data centers (think Wal-Mart, JP Morgan Chase, etc.).
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
As a company, we've been in business for 14 years and work with some of the most sophisticated technology in the world at some of the most powerful companies in the US.
When these product companies sell their products to their customers, a lot of times, we are the people who design and install, configure and train the end user. Think of us like the guys who come out to install your new phone system or cable TV only better.
We are a company with very high standards, flawless execution and very satisfied employees and customers and the retention rates on both employees and customers is very high. We have deep and meaningful relationships with our employees and our customers.
We have three values in our company that we focus on every day and what we'd like the logo to reflect:
1. We are passionate about our people and their families and do everything possible to create a fun, rewarding and challenging work environment. (as proof, we were voted "Best Places to Work" 3 years in a row and have a 92% employee retention rate).
2. We deliver extraordinary customer experiences to every customer, every engagement, every day - no exceptions. (as proof, we average 96% "Very Satisfied" customer experience ratings year over year).
3. Right. Now. We do things right. We do them right now. In our business, speed wins.
So, these are the consistent messages that we want to convey to our employees, our candidates for employment and to our clients.
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
We are open to new ideas. In any logo design, we'd like to capture a feeling of confidence and success with also being light and fast.
We will use this logo to enhance and build on our brand in the IT community by utilizing a variety of Web 2.0 media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed.com, etc.

no red colors
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
