PaceSetter Associates is a virtual medical product development and strategy consulting group. The group is lead by a CEO with an MBA, PhD and 12+ years of experience in critical care nursing medical product development for acute and critical care, clinical outcomes research, primary and secondary marketing research, global marketing, and product development strategy in the medical product space. The specific areas of expertise for PaceSetter Associates include the generation of highly credible clinical evidence to support improved patient outcomes and medical product innovation, and strategic product roadmap development . Well-designed clinical trials are seen as a core foundation to success. Clinical trials conducted by PaceSetter Associates are primarily sponsored by medical product manufacturers (local, national and international) seeking to improve the efficacy or effectiveness of their products in order to achieve measurable outcomes. Clinical evidence generation is viewed as a vital part in the process of bringing innovative and efficacious products to market. It provides a competitive advantage to companies willing to invest in a robust clinical evidence generation strategy.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We are looking to create a company logo. Assume that the target audiences are knowledgeable about clinical research, medical product development and health/medical topics in general.

It is critical that we differentiate ourselves from other companies using any type of the PaceSetter name, as there are a number of different types of businesses that have used this name/concept in some form. However, we were not able to find anyone in medical product consulting using this name.

A strong and distinguishing type treatment is a must. When including some sort of graphic/mark/icon, DO incorporate it into the name/type itself. DO NOT create a logo where the graphic/mark/icon is separate from the name/type (above, to the side, etc).

DO NOT use a medical image as the basis for the logo. The major PaceSetter theme should project leadership and innovation, clarity of vision, and being ahead of the pack: being different and standing out; an exemplary model of leadership that others will want to follow.

There is no website to visit at this time as this is a brand new company.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Medical product manufacturers who are looking for innovative ways to distinguish themselves from the competition through the generation of meaningful clinical evidence. These are most typically manufacturers of premium products, rather than commodity products. They are interested in using clinical evidence in a variety of ways including: improved clinical outcomes, product innovation, and support for strategic product roadmap investment.

The specific target audiences for PaceSetter Associates are marketing leadership in medical product development; new product development teams; strategy groups embedded in medical product companies; and clinical and medical affairs groups responsible for clinical evidence generation (both pre- and post-market)

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

PaceSetter Associates is the name. It must appear with a less prominent descriptor/tagline. The descriptor/tagline will be used in conjunction with the name for now. Eventually, it may be dropped or changed. For this reason, the design of the name "PaceSetter Associates should be able to stand on its own. Please provide each solution both with and without the descriptor/tagline.

Working tagline: Leading the way in medical product innovation by transforming evidence into impact

The logo must work in both color (no more than 2 colors total) and black/white. The logo will also need to be reversible out of dark backgrounds.

Please use a bold, bright color, because we want to stand out from conservative competitors. However, no neon (too edgy) and no blues (too boring).

Please submit logo solutions on a white background only.

The logo needs to work at both small sizes (for business cards) and large sizes (corporate signage).
