Who are you?
We are a real estate company helping home buyers find reasonably priced homes. In addition, we help home sellers find the right buyers for their homes. We work with investors as well. Our primary client is Habitat for Humanity of GLA and we help find bank owned homes for them to renovate for well-deserving families.
What do you need?
A fresh look. Something sophisticated, simple and readable from a distance. It should be an easy to read logo that can be used across all facets of advertising including signage, business card, website, and etc.
Who Is Your Audience?
1st time home buyers, Non-profits, Distressed sellers, people driving by homes looking for signs.
We Like These Examples
Currently, I do not like the current font of my house hunters logo. Also, it would be nice if the home looked more simple. The target lines tend to break apart when printing and maybe we should get rid of the target idea together? I do like the House Hunters TV show logo, but the last thing I want to do is infringe on their trademark.
We Absolutely Must Have
Black and yellow are our our main colors (maybe with some white). There should be a small home incorporated in the logo somehow. Maybe a target, but not necessary. The logo should be able to translate into different media and be readable from a distance. For instance, consider a home buyer driving by a yard sign, maybe the majority of the sign is yellow and the logo black. Non-serif type, but nothing too plain or boring.
