Tell us what you need
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
fun, bright & colorful, professional & clean
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
text with the Os being images, specifically hoops (hula hoops)!
I need 3 versions
1) the name straight across: hOOpalOOza
2) a boxy version:
3) one of the above with "Hooping Directory" written next to it.
I need transparency, black on white (and white on black) versions, too
I need multiple sizes (to print on T shirts and also to fit in header of my 2 websites:
Please make transparent versions that will fit easily into the left side of headers of the sites above, as the wordpress themes I am using do not allow me to manipulate sizing once uploaded.
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
The main font should be in black, and the hoops should be multi-colored. Please make sure you know what a hula hoop looks like before starting. You can check out the websites in the hoopalooza.com/hoopingdirectory to get an idea.
I prefer strong primary-ish colors: red, green, bright pink, orange, royal blue, royal purple, lime green, yellow..
If the hoops can get a subtle spinning motion or glow (animation), that would be awesome! But I don't want it to look loud or tacky... so this is definitely not a requirement.
You can find lots of hoop dance websites on my directory above, but here are some specific sites with hoop-related designs to get you started:
http://www.hooppretty.com (the background design of this website has really nice looking hoops, but I definitely don't like baby blue as a color)
http://www.hipsterhoops.com (same design concept desired, but I don't care for the hoops)
http://www.troohoops.com (their animated logo on my directory page is pretty neat)
http://www.synergyfirehoops.com/ (I like the clean simplicity of this logo and though my logo will be very different, I wanted to share this to give you an idea of what I like)
I will be very busy until and around Christmas time, so may not be able to give feedback for the first little while. Thanks for your patience!
