About Your Company
We are a small metal fabrication startup. Our primary products will be commercial signs and installation. We will also be making CNC plasma cut yard art and wall art for consumers selling at local craft shows and small boutiques. We need a logo that is able to be cut out on CNC plasma. Our customers will be both commercial companies and consumers. We would like a logo that will look good on the outside of a business shop as signage - as well as on a website. (the logo looks good large and small)

This logo will need to be vector based and be able to be cut out on a CNC plasma table. Colors should be available, but also not needed if logo will be steel only.
Any colors will have to be used in the same section since this will be cut from steel and painted. For example: if "Stellar" will all be cut from a single outer cut path, it will all need to be the same color.
Also, thought should be given to the parts of the logo that will "cut out" without extra consideration and font designs. For example: "Stellar FabWorks" - depending on how it was designed and cut, consideration will have to be made for the "e" / "a" / "b" / "o" since they have cutout parts that form the letter (depending on the font and whether it's cutting a positive or negative of the logo) This is not critical, as some letters or parts of the logo will most likely have to have secondary attachment points regardless. It is just something that should be thought of when designing.
I am hoping that the designer that wins this contest will be available for many more future design opportunities as I am better at fabrication than design. I am in a business that designs will be more important than the steel signs that I produce. I am looking for a long term partner for many more designs to come. This logo design is for my company, but will set the tone for the type of work that I can produce for my customers. A complex design with many cutouts is not bad, as it can showcase what I am capable of producing for my prospective customers.
