Healthspan currently offer the 'Repeat Order' service which dispatches customer's supplements before their current pack run out. This service also grants customers a 1 discount on every pack.
Customer feedback on the current name (Repeat Order) and logo (see shared file) suggest customers are confused on what the service is. Many customers often believe 'Repeat Order' to simply be ordering the same product again.
The two new suggested device names are 'Auto-Order' and 'Subscribe & Save' but we are open to others.
We want the logo emphasis to move away from saving 1 and towards being an easier, care-free way of getting your supplements on time and never running out.
Target Audience: Long time and new Healthspan customers. (Age 45-65)
