Georgetown Chorale is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization founded in 1989. The mission of the Chorale is to achieve musical excellence and provide community service while providing an opportunity for individual musical development, expression, and fulfillment. Each year the Georgetown Chorale selects a charity to support, and then raises funds for them through concerts and other activities in keeping with our mission to provide Community Service Through Music.
Since its inception in 1989, the Chorale has raised more than $250,000 for community groups and supports a $1000 per year young musicians scholarship through the National Association of Pastoral Musician's Dosogne/Rendler-Georgetown Chorale Scholarship.
