Tell us what you need
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Gatsby or GATSBY and a subword of TRAVEL that is a layer in Ai and PSD that can easily be removed.
What is your industry?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
We want people to think quality, the best, safe. I think the images on our site will create the feeling of adventure, exploring, unique. So the logo needs to convince people about safe, the best, and help people remember the brand name. The choice of font, style, and minor graphical strokes or additions to the font to make it unique would be good.
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
A formal font or a signature style, this is the decision we are finding hard to make. This is the big question for us. The trademarked name in the travel business we have GATSBY is a strong name, so... do we soften that with a brush stroked artistic signature style font like in some examples I attached, which creates a travel blogger style instagram feel, or do we keep formal text like we have now. However, everyone can and does use these fonts. So help us find and use a less used font we license or make minor graphical strokes or additions to the font to make it unique would be good. I think I would prefer seeing a signature style text on images in an Instagram feed more than the formal, it's a hard decision. This is partly why we are paying for a designer to help us find the right choice.

We are a photography tour company. We focus on wealthy, well-travelled, media, journalist, and world famous photographers. We run the group solutions for photography workshops and overseas photographers. The files I have attached are designed by me and created to help us decide on a direction... formal vs script fonts. But did not help :( lol
