LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Rhody Food Tours provides fun road tours that stimulate mind and mouth. Its all about great food and the what's behind the food, i.e. the ingredients, history, chefs, and personal stories. From small ethnic mom and pop restaurants to high-end establishments by renowned chefs, our team of food experts guides people deeper into the dishes and the kitchens from which they come. Clients (groups of food lovers) meet restaurant chefs and owners/workers of local farms and vineyards. Learning about and eating food in this personal way is nourishment for the belly, the mind, and the soul. The vast majority of our food tours take place in Rhode Island, but we also take trips to other countries. For example, we may return home to Mexico with the chef from a Rhode Island Mexican restaurant or to India or Indonesia.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a logo that will stand out, be easily identifiable, scalable for our website and printed promotional materials ranging from posters to brochures, and most importantly tell the story of who we are graphically.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Curious food lovers living in Rhode Island and tourists visiting Rhode Island. Middle-aged to retired men and women (often couples) who like to learn about culture and culinary arts. People who like human interest stories. People who like to eat. People who like to cook. People who are adventurous eaters and travelers. People who are sociable. People who think they will learn or experience something from Rhody Food Tours that they could not have done on their own. We provide insight and a structured program that others learn from while having fun and eating great food.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Wed like a logo that demonstrates Rhode Island, food, and road travel in a style that stands out, is easy to read, and graphically indicates who we are.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

The logo must say Rhody Food Tours. The font should be easy to read and attractive to middle-aged to retired people. Our company should appear accessible to the general public. We dont want a logo that seems too elegant or indicates that our service is too expensive.
