What do you do?
This is a project for a self-serve frozen yogurt chain based in Asia (similar to yogurtland or tutti frutti in the USA).
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
YogurtArt or Yogurt Art
What is your industry?
Food, Dessert, Fast-Casual Dining
Describe the target audience for your logo
Age 23+, 65% of customers are Female, customers like to see themselves as urban classy elites. 75% of customers are out of college, working young professionals.
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Frozen yogurt is an upmarket (luxury) product in Asia. It is marketed as a healthy lifestyle product. It costs on average an hour and a half's wage to buy a cup of frozen yogurt, thus the logo needs to convey health, modern woman, and an UPMARKET LIFESTYLE (nothing cute or cartoony PLEASE).
When designing, think about where young, urban professionals tend to go to spend money. I think of Classy and trendy lounge bars, modern sushi restaurants, designer boutiques, modern art museums, etc.
Again, please nothing cute/cartoony. What that means is if it looks like it can be a logo for a childrens toy, then it will NOT work for me.
Points for ORIGINALITY. I browsed through some old cS froyo designs and seen a lot of creatives copying Pinkberry's swirl. I don't want to get sued.
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
READ THIS WEBSITE before designing me a logo:
Did ya'll see Spartan Golf? Clever huh.
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
My store colors are Blue and Pink (actually, it's the exact same blue and pink as the one on crowdSpring website). Doesn't have to only be in those 2 colors, just find a way to make the logo look UNIQUE.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
VERY IMPORTANT: Also needs to look just as good in Black and White.
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
My logo will be used everywhere, but let's focus on these 2 priorities:
1)Storefront Signage (Needs to be able to displayed as a professional storefront sign, like in Malls and Shopping Centers)
2)Print and Packaging (needs to look good with business cards, cup design, takeout bags)
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
FYI: I like froberry.com's logo of the yogurt. Not the whole logo, just the yogurt. But my logo doesn't necessarily have to have a yogurt in it.
