What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
What is your industry?
Describe the target audience for your logo
We aim to appeal to the entire online fashion industry - stretching from the largest retailers such as Victoria's Secret / WalMart / Zappos to small individual sites and even online auction sellers on sites such as eBay.
We are looking for a new company logo. Our original design is too "fun" to go with our sales proposition which is as the provider of virtual fitting room software. We would like a more professional and corporate feel but with a slightly more casual look to it. We operate inside the fashion industry as an online fitting room so want the logo to be memorable but also stylish. The colour combination we had originally used on the site (mainly blue and grey) is being changed to clean white and the site is mainly borderless. The original logo was designed to include the 2 as a tape measure but we had difficulty with the logo not being read as Fit 2 Buy, instead just as Fit Buy. We do like the tape measure concept but are open to any creative suggestion of icons and symbols that enhance the brand. Alternatively, fully typographic solutions are also welcomed.
Our audience is essentially anyone who shops online for clothing, shoes and accessories such as sunglasses. There is most likely a female skew to the audience in general so a softer look and feel may be appropriate.
Fit2Buy is online software that allows shoppers the ability to try on clothing within a virtual fitting room. Our main service is to provide this software via a widget that is hosted on online shopping sites.
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Professional, modern (up to date), Stylish. The 'Fit2Buy' must be readable even if the logo is made up of illustrative elements.
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
we have attached a pattern which we had used in our previous logo and, although not a requirement, designers could use it in their submissions. (attachment named 'swirls') we are not committed to anything though, text and image, image only or text only are all welcome
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
none preferred however a redesign of our site is mainly white and borderless
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
we are open to pretty much anything
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Our main service is to provided via a widget that is hosted on online shopping sites however it will also be used for business cards, letterheads and other promotional material
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
