I would like my logo to have a feel of an artist's signature, as if I am signing my name to my portraits. (My own handwriting is not near beautiful enough to pull this off).
I would like to be able to have the word "photography" included in the logo but also be able to separate it out. When I watermark my portraits I want to only use "Julie Coyle". But for my marketing materials and website I would use the logo with the word "photography" included.
It needs to be clearly readable.
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
My current (homemade) logo can be viewed as my profile pic on my business Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/juliecoylephoto.... I kinda like this logo, but it needs to be more refined, professional, unique, and beautiful.
Here is my website so you can view my work to see my style of photography:

Right now I do mostly families and children, but I have plans to branch out to seniors, pet, and maybe weddings in the future. I want my logo to reflect that I am an artist and can my work will never go out of style.
I would like the logo to be in grey-scale. I want the colors of my portraits to stand on their own without any branding colors to fight for attention.
I am so very excited to see what all you talented designers can come up with!! Thank you so much!!
I am happy to give feedback along the way and will be paying close attention to all designs submitted. Please do not hesitate to ask me questions!! Thanks again! - Julie
