HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A catching logo that can be used on other marketing collateral such as Web sites and letterhead.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We work with reporters of all types. Our existing and prospective clients tend to be senior level marketing execitives at everything from Lands' End to a medical technology company. We also have regular contact with industry peers.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Currently, we're using Copperplace Gothic Light for the "Fedoruk & Associates, Inc." typeface. We tend to use the colors red, black, tan and blue. I adore an Asian influence -- something that is profoundly simple, but you can tell that it took hours to really "get there" -- a concept called Shibui. I like "chop" marks and fedora hats. Fedoruk is pronounced like "fedora" so perhaps using the image of a hat would be a fun idea. These are all simply idea -- I'm not married to any of them and look forward to tapping a designer's expertise.
I'm uploading past attempts to create a logo to get a feel for the general direction. None of them quite made it. I'm uploading the image of a fish that I really like (the brush stroke).
