LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Retention Partners - we're 9 years old, and experts at why our clients' employees choose to join, stay or quit. We use surveys, training programs and very fresh online tools to enable our clients to keep high value people longer.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We've got a new website but we now need the model that sets out clearly what we do. (www.retentionpartners.com.au) We want our clients to attain 'retention nirvana'! We call it becoming a 'Highly Effective Retention Organisation' or HERO status. Getting there involves becoming proficient at the elements that contribute to HERO status: retention strategy, retention policies, retention metrics, retention priorities, retention skills. We want a model for our home page that shows the movement towards HERO status, that we can use to show clients where they currently are in that process and the solutions we have to help them. Then we'd like a smaller, perhaps stylised version of the model that we can attach to each of our products that signals which element of the HERO journey that product contributes to (a kind of 'you are here' road map). We've uploaded some of our early, amateurish attempts, so you can get a sense of where we were heading, but we're on the wrong track. We ask you to think afresh about expressing our brief.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Human Resource directors and managers in mid-to-large organisations in public and private sectors, usually white-to-gold collar enterprises - law, IT, govt, service sectors, finance. Our preferred sentiment to convey is 'warm professionalism' - 'we're the experts in this field, don't doubt our expertise and we're delighted to work with you'.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

We use purple a lot, uncluttered feel, smooth/curved lines, plenty of blank space.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Ideally it would represent a sense of progress - not only reflecting the movement towards HERO status but reflecting the movement of employees in and out of organisations through the employment cycle. Must culminate in HERO attainment. Don't want to see any pop-art Superhero references.
