LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are proud to be New Zealands national airline, an international airline, an airline that has only recently been awarded ATW Airline of the Year for 2010. That kind of recognition doesnt just happen by chance, it is a reflection of all 11,000+ employees commitment to delivering a uniquely New Zealand experience in one of the worlds most competitive industries. It is the icing on the cake in a year that saw Air New Zealand win more than 30 awards for our products, service, people and ingenuity.
It really is our people that make the difference. We are all proud to be Air New Zealanders.
Our brand & service personality embodies four key personality characteristics: Welcome as a friend, Can do, Be yourself, and Share your New Zealand.
We have an internal awards programme that recognises the best of the best of our employees; those people who have simply been outstanding. And to be recognised as a star amongst 11,000 other shining stars is a really big deal.
After running for seven years, we are in the process of changing both the name of the programme and its image.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A Logo / Tattoo / Badge of Honour.
This logo will be used for the internal awards programme. It should be something to strive for and indeed a badge of honour.
We have three names that we are keen to explore and would like to get a badge of honour, tattoo, logo, whatever you call it, for each of the names, so please check out the other two projects we have submitted.
The name of the award is: Mharo
Meaning: Fun, upbeat, Wow!
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
11,000 employees based around the world;
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We like authenticity, innovation, something that represents courage, leadership but is contemporary and forward-thinking.
We are looking for something that carries a lot of respect, honour & that all employees are proud of and strive for.
Please refer to the attached pdf "Who we are" which should be used as a guideline, but not restricted to.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
