Universal. We want to appeal to everyone from window cleaners to tree huggers to business minded building owners. Our audience will range from skeptical to passionate about green. We want to gain the trust of our clients as knowledgeable green advisors, hence the guru image.
WHAT ARE THE TOP 3 THINGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO COMMUNICATE TO YOUR AUDIENCE?
EcoGurus.com is a sustainable cleaning products company, as well as an educational forum for green building solutions.
Our goal is to create healthier buildings without harming the environment. We want to reduce the use of chemicals in buildings, as well as create efficiencies in water and energy use.
EcoGurus.com is technically the green division of a 100+ year old window cleaning supply company, so we will utilize many of our current relationships with building cleaning product companies, but highlight only green cleaning solutions, as well as expand our scope to include the building interior. In addition, we have a line of sustainable car care products.
Much of making the jump to green products in the cleaning business is dependent on education because our green products are competitive on all fronts (quality and economic) but they are just different than what building cleaners are accustomed to. Our desire is to provide our customers with the most informative product descriptions, including tutorials, photos, diagrams, testimonials and videos so that they will understand how the products are sustainable and can feel confident when making the switch to a new green approach.
However, although our current market niche and product relationships are with cleaning products, we want to leave our options open to include all sorts of innovative green solutions in the future. So, our logo will need to be able to grow and adapt with us.
