Stone Road Brand Discovery
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
"Stone Road" is the brand name. "Brand Discovery" is the sub-brand. I would like both included in the logo, but be able to separate them as needed.
What is your industry?
Consumer Brand Marketing
Describe the target audience for your logo
We service graphic design agencies for consumer brands. We help these "right-brain" agencies analyze "left-brain" consumer data to identify and validate new areas for creative development. Our target audience (the design agency) is highly visual and very creative. In fact, if they like the logo you design, I'd be happy to pass along your name to them as they often work with freelancers!
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
The name "Stone Road" was chosen because it represents the 'piecing together' of "hard" data to create a clear path for moving forward - like a stone road. I don't want something to literally depict a "Stone Road", but a more abstract, creative representation. I have images in the attached document that will guide you.
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
I would like "Stone Road" and descriptor "Brand Discovery" to be written in text, with Stone Road being prominent and Brand Discovery being smaller. I would also like an image, or icon, that fits with the words, but can also stand alone (or an element of it can stand alone)
I'd prefer an ABSTRACT representation of a stone road vs. something that looks like a stone road.
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
CONTRAST! Grounded/ solid yet with a high-energy POP! Examples:
- Greens, Grays, Blacks but with a burst of yellow or bright green
- Gray or earthy green ... and a Bright Tangerine
- Earthy greens, purples, gray with a of bright green
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
Any color too pale to show up on a white background
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Website, Business cards and notecards, powerpoint and keynote presentations on a projector. Ultimately, this logo could have movement in Flash on the web.
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
Yes, images are attached that give some ideas.
