Tell us what you need
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Dulce (totally free to use all capital, all small letters or a mix)
What is your industry?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Clean - not sleazy
Modern look and feel
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
We would prefer a logo that includes both an image and text but that is designed so that the image or the text itself also can be used stand-alone.
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
The logo will be used for a new e-commerce site that sells sex toys and other erotic/passion articles (e.g., sexy underwear) for both women and men in South America. While there exists a lot of online stores for sex toys, few have a nice and modern design and almost all feel sleazy. Our ambition is to make this the one-stop shop for sex toys with a slightly naughtier image than Fab.com or Gilt.com.
We are asking a web-designer to develop the site in parallel and the final design and the look & feel are not finalized. But as mentioned above, we want a clean, modern and cool image of the site. Our current working version is attached, and you will also see where the logo will fit in.
Note that we are very open to change where the logo should be or the size (e.g., the logo could be expanded from only the top line to something that is twice as long.
In terms of colors, it will probably be a good idea to primarily play with different variants of black, grey, white and red which are the likely colors we will use on the site.
However, we are also considering versions without background images and a more white/clean look as we are still uncertain if the background image may make the site too dense/chaotic. Hence, we are open for suggestions that accommodate this, or ideally that could fit well with the current look & feel but also a straight white background (instead of the picture of the woman in the red dress).
Would also be great if you could make an alternative with the name DulcePlacer.
