Brothers and serial entrepreneurs Jonathan and Justin Bingham founded Janeiro in January of 2007. After managing large, in-house development organizations at their prior companies, they decided to venture into the world of outsourcing. After learning some valuable lessons (and taking a few lumps along the way) on outsourced projects of their own, they recognized the need and inherent value in a hybrid development model, where an experienced local team with a proven process mitigates the risks commonly associated with outsourced development. Over time, theyve continued to optimize and refine the process, while they continue to expand their local and remote teams to meet the needs of their customer base.

We are looking for a new, fresh corporate logo that matches the look and feel of our current website. www.janeirodigital.com The logo must be usable not only for the website but also for a future crowdspring project for business cards and stationary as well as a powerpoint template. this will be the cornerstone of our corprate brand. it should convey messages like, confident, capable, creative, progressive.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Business executives looking to bring new ideas to market, expanding current technology offerings and improve on their overall development processes. We work with start ups, venture capital firms, ad agencies, and estabished technology providers. We want our customers to see expereince, creativity and a progressive mindset to building technology in the 2.0 world.

the logo must integrate well with our current website. it will be a simple rip and replace on that front. As for the other ways it will be used just follow standard guidelines around business cards, stationary and powerpoint to make sure it will work with that project that will kick off as soon as this one is completed.
