About Your Company
Northwestern Buffett Institute for Global Affairs - we work with Northwestern University faculty, faculty of global universities, and external individuals (non-profit, government, business, etc.) to generate creative ideas for addressing global challenges. Global challenges are wide (see the UN's Sustainable Development goals for reference) and could include many things - resolving issues of gender inequity, addressing water problems, impacting global health, etc. We have both a recurring event and a process for bringing these people together for collaboration - like a "hackathon" for new ideas on approaching the world's complex issues. This event is not a lecture or a teaching opportunity. It's a time for intensive, creative collaboration and deep exchange around a table. We are looking for a logo/symbol that represents the event - Idea Incubation Workshop - and could be used as a guiding visual on documents about the process, signage, and giveaways. We want to stay away from overused symbols for diverse collaboration (example - multicolored hands joining) to find something new.

Northwestern has branding colors and back up colors (found online). It would be good to start with these but have the logo be versatile enough to work in other color schemes (if used at other locations globally).
