The Department of Geography at Simon Fraser University (a university based just outside of Vancouver, Canada) is in search of a 'GEO@SFU' logo that can be used in various marketing materials, on powerpoint presentation slides, and in other professional contexts. We want our logo to convey that: (1) we are a vibrant group engaged of students and scholars; (2) we are innovative thinkers; and (3) we are world leaders in geographic research.
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
GEO@SFU must appear on the logo. Beyond this we don't have any specific requirements. We have no preferred shapes or colours.

Simon Fraser Universitys Department of Geography is a core environmental discipline at SFU, focussing on the spatial dimensions of human societies (Human Geography), the earth's biogeophysical environments (Earth System Dynamics), and the ever more complex interactions that exist among the human and natural environments (Spatial Information Science).
