LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
datarooms.net is a new virtual data room (VDR) company that utilizes their proprietary technology to establish
highly-secure and controlled access to sensitive and confidential client information online. Companies use a VDR to store and distribute confidential documents, commonly to facilitate the process of due diligence.
datarooms.net prides itself on its ease-of-use, customizability, connectivity and broad functionality as
compared to most of its competitors.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
datarooms.net is looking for creative entries for their new logo. The logo will be used on various online
applications, PDFs, email signatures, business cards and a broad range of company collateral. Upon selection,
the final logo will need to be delivered in PMS, CMYK, RGB and Black & White versions.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
The VDR target audience is broad. VDRs are commonly used by legal, accounting, investment banking and
private equity companies performing mergers and acquisitions, fund-raising, insolvency, corporate restructuring, and joint ventures. Companies are also using VDRs to be in compliance with recent government regulations that emphasize transparency of financials. However, a growing number of small scale transactions and smaller entities are utilizing VDRs, including Commercial Real Estate transactions. At this point, datarooms.net wants to appeal to the traditional VDR users and emerging users.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
Avoid overly decorative designs.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
Upon selection, the final logo will need to be delivered in PMS, CMYK, RGB and Black & White versions.
