As a pastry chef and chocolatier, my self-run business is multi-faceted.
My 4 main focuses are
1. Consultation (for businesses wanting to improve current product quality and employee efficiency).
2. Hands-on training (spanning from 1-on-1 private classes, to classes of up to 14 students).
3. Private dessert events (tailored to the clients desires).
4. Personal events (collaborations, pop-ups, public events, pastry demonstrations).
My target audience are the people that are either able to appreciate high-end pastry, or those willing to try it.
