Our portfolio of companies serve various aspects of commercial real estate management. These companies have taken on a life of their own and have their own specialized needs. They are being bundled together under 33 Degrees to better serve them and their respective clientele.
33 Degrees is the umbrella company for several corporate services companies that include a portfolio of businesses dedicated to serving the real estate industry (see descriptions below). Servant leadership is core to what we do and is hard wired into our culture. This is paired with vigilant attention to the assets we manage, to add value and generate returns.
Our two primary offices are located in Phoenix and Atlanta, at a latitude of 33 degrees. Together we are aligned to solve complicated real estate challenges with a commitment to service. We are stronger as one.
Owners of hotel, office, and other commercial real estate (CRE) assets, and executives of CRE ownership groups. This group is skewed male and range from 45 – 65 years of age on average. Our audiences also include tenants, guests, the internal team, and investors.
Commercial real estate assets are complicated to manage and can be particularly difficult for smaller ownership groups, especially in the hospitality industry where economies of scale are key to profitability. Capital expenditures and other events such as roof repairs can bankrupt owners. 33 Degrees is experienced in all aspects of CRE management including financing, providing owners needed expertise and resources normally beyond their reach.

Stylistically, 33 Degrees should be both sophisticated and approachable. We are a people-to-people company serving an industry that can be highly complicated and volatile. The brand should convey a feeling of competence and trust.

Versant Commercial Brokerage
