Top 3 Things
This Logo has to be fresh. I want to give the old standard EMS Star of Life with the staff and snake a new look. I am also a big fan of adding a skull (skull and crossbones) to the design as well.
File Formats would be PNG with a transparent background. PSD and Vector would also be very high on the list. Like Isaid before I want this to be a fresh take on the standard EMS logo that everyone in my industry already recognizes. I want to add the skull in the logo as well. I will upload a few ideas that I had, but I am very excited to see the creativity you bring to this project. Go wild, have fun, and make it look great. The name stand by 4 tones or SB4T does not have to be in the logo, but I'm not opposed to it being there as well.
