About Your Company
I am a freelance technical and copy editor for professional knitwear designers. Freelance designers hire me to check the math and grammar in their knitting patterns before they self-publish them online. These designs are for the hand-knitting community. Most are published on Ravelry.com. In addition to editing, I also provide charts and schematics to designers. Often stitch patterns require complicated charts using software such as Stitchmastery. Most knitting patterns also need to-scale schematics. Lastly, I also provide sizing and grading services, which means a designer will design a sweater to fit a 30" bust but needs to expand the design to 7+ more sizes, I will create the instructions for those additional sizes, remaining true to the designer's original pattern and style choices while ensuring the additional sizes will actually fit properly at different sizes.

Concepts to consider: midnight, night, night sky, moon, pearl(s), black/dark-colored pearl(s), woman, knitting, knitting needles, yarn. Note - "Purl" is a very common term used in knitting. It is both a stitch and the action of making that stitch. It is pronounced the same as the word "pearl". My webpage is midnightpurl.com. Please take a look at it to get a feel for the aesthetics. I shared a file below of a logo I recently saw that I like the look/feel of for brainstorming purposes.
