About Your Company
Our company is called Vivrant, which is coined as a combination of vibrant and vivacious. We’re a small boutique fitness studio that provides a variety of cycling classes, which mostly consist of a combination of two workouts in one. For example, Ride and Recovery is 30 min of cycling followed by 20 min of yoga. HLX is a class that has our members alternate on and off the bike every two songs and might employ the use of dumbbells. While most of our schedule revolves around this type of workout, we also provide cycle only classes. Sessions usually have anywhere from 5-10 people so we pride ourselves on providing a personal and comfortable atmosphere. Instructors know all members by face and name. Clientele is usually, although not exclusively, men and women ages 30 - 60, who have valued fitness throughout their lives and have had some prior experience in taking spin classes.
