Who are you?

Coavalas? We are a start up entity focused on the the develop of technology solutions that help businesses make sense out of tremendous amounts of transactional and social data.

What is the value of Twitter to my brand? How does online conversation influence brand sentiment and purchase intent? How do I determine my best customers and biggest advocates in social networks? Do my fans on Facebook have value?

These are questions we continue to hear brands ask and in order to get to the answers we will be releasing our Social Business Intelligence (sBI)and marketing (sRM) platform. We are fundamentally rethinking the traditonal CRM and analytics space, employing new strategies and applications to move beyond he operational and transactional limitations inherent to traditional business intelligence and customer relationship management. Our multi-channel analysis tool enables organizations to quickly visualize and analyze large volumes of rapidly evolving data in real-time, allowing a brand to be nimble and effective. Based on a Platform-As-Service (PaaS) Model, there no software or hardware to install, ensuring brands don't have to wait weeks or months to get going. This means you are up and running and seeing a positive impact on your business in a fraction of the time. From Twitter and Facebook to transactions at point-of-sale, it will provide the most comprehensive and consolidated view of an increasingly diverse and complicated Brand-Consumer relationship.

Our name, Covalas, is the fusion of "Covalent" and "Vala". Covalent represents strong bonds and Vala as person who foretells what is to come.
