Our primary client audience is seniors, but our target audience for our services (i.e. those that will buy/recommend us) includes seniors, family members (i.e. their adult children), and referral partners (e.g. hospitals, physician offices). We'll attract clients via the web, mobile, social media sites and traditional face-to-face meetings using leave behind marketing materials (e.g. business cards, rack cards, brochures, 8"x11" one sheets). Company values include integrity, compassion, reliability, flexibility, collaborative approach, trust, transparency and commitment to our clients and our employees. We are a new organization in a crowded marketplace, so it's important to standout. We will embrace technology in an industry that historically has been slow to innovate/change the normal ways of doing things. At the end of the day, home care is intended to alleviate/mitigate what is often a stressful situation for families. We want to be known for being a trusted partner, who works with our clients to provide care and solutions that help them through difficult times. We've done our job if clients consider our team a part of their families. At the same time, this sense of family is internally important for us. We want our caregiver employees to feel valued, challenged, and supported. I'd like to avoid a logo with home imagery. Lots of companies use homes in the logos for home care. We are not logo color experts, so while the blue/orange/grey combination is what we think may work to convey the brand identity were going for, if there are other color combinations you feel work better given the information we provided, we're open to considering those alternatives.
